Return Policy

We value our customers and stand behind our quality products.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL payment of goods must be received prior to shipping. This online purchase order is valid unless canceled by buyer within 72 hours and seller has acknowledged. Returns will be accepted within 5 days after receipt of goods.

The following returns are applicable: manufacturer's error in construction, size, and/or goods that are not in accordance with advertised sample. Approved returns will be issued an return authorization number.

Refused or canceled orders will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus shipping and handling.

ALL APPROVED RETURNS WILL BE PROVIDED A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER IN WRITING BY OUR STAFF. ANY UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS SENT TO URBAN FITZ INC. IS NOT DEEM LIABLE NOR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPMENTS, PRODUCTS OR FINANCIAL LOSS.
